Service Description
LeadIdeal provides custom business research and validation services based on your specified criteria. We source data solely from lawful, publicly available company sources including official business registries, public directories, and company websites. All data is validated for deliverability and business legitimacy before delivery. We do not sell databases; we deliver verified business research results.
Service Level Agreement
We guarantee:
- Data Quality: 80%+ accuracy rate for delivered contacts
- Delivery Time: 24-hour turnaround for standard orders
- Replacement Policy: Undeliverable contacts replaced at no charge
- Data Freshness: All data collected within 30 days of delivery
Order Processing
Orders are processed as follows:
- Payment confirmation required before processing
- Business research begins within 2 hours of payment
- Quality review and validation before delivery
- CSV file delivered via secure download link
- Email confirmation with delivery details
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee ONLY if:
- Technical Issues: Data quality falls below 80% accuracy (verified by our validation logs)
- Delivery Issues: Delivery exceeds 48 hours without notice
- Specification Issues: Service does not meet agreed specifications
- Unused Data: Data has not been downloaded, accessed, or used
Refund Exclusions: No refunds will be provided if:

Usage Monitoring: We track data access and usage for refund eligibility. Continued use after refund request constitutes breach of contract.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via original payment method.

Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, business, or opportunities
- Data becoming outdated after delivery
- Third-party actions or changes
- Force majeure events
Maximum Liability: Limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
Data Accuracy and Limitations
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee:
- 100% deliverability of email addresses
- Current employment status of contacts
- Accuracy of phone numbers or addresses
- Data remaining current after delivery
Data is sourced from public information and may become outdated.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control including:

- Internet connectivity issues
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Natural disasters or emergencies
License Termination and Data Return
Upon refund request, your license to use the data is immediately terminated. You must:

- Delete all copies of the data
- Provide certification of data destruction
- Return any physical copies of the data
- Certify that data has not been used for business
License Violation: Continued use after refund request constitutes:
- Copyright infringement
- Breach of contract
- Theft of intellectual property
- Fraudulent activity
Termination
We may terminate service immediately if you:
- Violate these terms
- Use data for illegal purposes
- Fail to pay for services
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Request refund after using data
- Continue using data after refund request
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through:
- First: Good faith negotiation
- Second: Mediation in Haifa, Israel
- Final: Binding arbitration under Israeli law
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Haifa, Israel.
